Climate controlled, cleaned twice daily, with a daybed sized to your dog.
Care team through the night
A member of our team is with the guests from evening to morning.
Meals as at home
Your dog's own food, served at the times and portions you set.
Garden and lounge time
Exercise in small groups or one to one, in indoor and outdoor spaces.
Daily photo update
A photo and a short note from the carer every afternoon.

Private access to the suite camera in My ELLO, in camera-enabled suites.

Before arrival
You complete your dog's profile, vaccinations and routine online. Our team calls to confirm the details.
Arrival
Each dog is assessed on arrival for temperament and comfort before being shown to their suite.
During the stay
Meals, walks, rest and grooming follow the routine agreed with you. Updates arrive daily.
Pick-up
A short handover with the carer, with notes on how your dog ate, slept and played.
